You as a client come to me with your physical problem symptoms (physical symptom, allergy, diseases, pain, inflammation, etc.) but it can also be an emotional/mental, relational, spiritual, or soul level symptom because the possibilities with EAH are endless)) and your healing intention via email before the session. I sit down and intuitively and with muscle testing (something that I have used since 2006 and updated with this course and been attuned to muscle testing in a completely new unique way) what allergies/resistance you have in your body that are causing your symptom.

During the preparatory work I align myself with your higher self, symptom and healing intention and tune in and start muscle testing the priority allergens from the EAH-kit with lists containing more than 8000 subjects/words. Among many other things: the different body parts, functions and processes but also spiritual aspects, psychic phenomena and feelings, people, places, events, traumas etc. I then muscle test from the lists with all the healing activations that your body and soul prioritize.

You are not only "allergic" to different things in the body, food, medicine, things in nature, nutrients etc but you can also be allergic to yourself, your parents, parts of your body, spiritual phenomena, healing, feelings (both positive and negative), places, events, objects etc. You can be "allergic" to anything that you can think of and more than that... So, it's an exciting and intricate, intuitive detective work that lies behind what comes up in your session :) And it's the unique combination of what comes up of all these allergens plus the different healing activations that is the key to resolving your problem.

This preparation process can take between 60-120 minutes (sometimes longer) (depending on how many allergens come up for the symptom) so I spend a lot of time and work developing your unique EAH-process session before we meet for the actual implementation of the session.

When we meet during the Energetic Allergy Healing session, I follow a certain protocol/approach.

I have, among other things, been "attuned" to a more than 16 page long Energetic Allergy Healing manuscript full of instructions on how to dissolve these allergies/resistances on all possible levels, dimensions, lifetimes, DNA, ancestral lines etc. In all possible ways. All this healing takes place in all parts of the body, in all body functions, body processes, chakras, auric bodies, the body's energetic and magnetic fields etc. down to the cellular level, DNA, RNA and beyond that on all levels; spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, etc. through all lifetimes, timelines, realities, all ancestors and in the soul records/Akashic records. And more.

All these many instructions are boiled down to a macro - a phrase that activates this whole very strong healing process that triggers so much cleansing in both body and soul.

The actual session time we have together, including an initial grounding healing meditation, the healing process, closing of the session and answering any of your questions is between 45-60 minutes long (maybe a little shorter, maybe a little longer) depending on how complex your problem symptom is. I'll keep going until the healing is DONE!

You feel how the energy starts to work in your body and I get information about what is happening in your body and how the healing process is progressing.

This process is recorded so that you can listen to and take part in the healing again if necessary.

At the end of the session, I will also find out if you need to listen to the healing again at a later time and then give you information about how long after our session you should listen to it. Because the healing energy is so enormously powerful, your body can usually not receive all the healing at once but needs a few days of rest and processing before you can listen again.

"Healing crisis" after the session?

The healing energy is extremely powerful and dissolves the deepest beliefs, programming, programs, traumas, cell memories, blockages in the collective consciousness, soul contracts, etc. that have held you back in your life as a client. The intention of a session is that it should be an easy process for the client and done at a pace that is for the client's highest good. This is also something that is embedded in all healing modalities.

Generally, you may feel a little tired after a session, but you can also become more alert, it is completely individual, and it is recommended that you drink water afterwards to speed up the cleansing. Some people may experience (now) old emotions, anger, resistance, and sadness after the session. The feelings that come up are those that are tied to the many beliefs and programs that are dissolving with the session. Sometimes, as a client, you want the integration process to happen faster and ask for it to go faster, and then in some rare cases you can get bodily cleansing such as a cold when energies that once held the person back are being "detoxified".  The more blockages you dissolve, the less likely you are not to have a healing crisis. At the end of the session, you as a client will also be properly grounded.
